Trademark Clearinghouse

  • ICANN’s new gTLD program has already produced over 1,200 new domain name extensions, and over 27 million new domain name registrations.* This increase creates unique possibilities for cybersquatters to take advantage of your brand’s popularity and goodwill for their own benefit.

Corsearch helps brand owners prepare for these new risks by offering two services that work together to ensure full brand protection in the new Internet landscape:

    Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) Filing Service

Corsearch’s TMCH Filing Service provides a robust management system that allows users to enter, review and submit trademarks quickly via the Corsearch.com platform.

Time Saving: Just enter a registration number to populate your Corsearch order form with the relevant trademark data drawn directly from Corsearch databases of official PTO information.

Intelligent: A complete list of acceptable domain labels is generated allowing you to simply choose the variations for which you would like to apply.

Accurate: Built in error-checking ensures all required fields are populated and that prohibited registration types are not submitted.

Corsearch can assist with registering your brand during each new gTLD Sunrise launch, or during the launch of a new gTLD General Availability phase. Our process will ensure that we have all of the required information from you before we send your request to the launching registry. Once your application is sent, our team will track the progress and inform you of the launch results. Each successfully registered domain will be placed in our Corporate Domain Management program, which will include automatic renewals.
